Mainly Features:
1. PLC control and Touch Screen display: it can automatically detect the missing materials, missing nails, counting,cutting
materials and other technological process in the system, and display the fault position on the touch screen.
2. High Frequency Welding Power : The machine is equipped with the adjustable welding power supply of 20,000-40,000HZ frequency,guarantee the welding quality of the nail reliably, and saving more than 30% welding power.
3. Wrapped Rubber Bands and Push Finished Coil Nails to Collection Platform Automatically :
The traditional operation is wrapping rubber bands by manual,the finished coiled nails must be
manually caught in time, otherwise the coil nails will be broken and deformed . The new patent of wrap rubber bands unit and collection platform improved working efficiency, save manpower.
4. Tension wheel : It help machine welding continuously.
