AWS E6013 is a low-carbon steel electrode with a high titaniume coating and can be used on AC. or DC. It has excellent welding technological properties. The arc is stable. The spatter is small. The slag viscosity is moderate.
It can be used freely. The slag is easy to clean. The welded seam is smooth, fine and easy to restrike the arc.
1. SZJ-6.5 Tip roller
Tip roller is used for rolling the head of steel wire into tapening shape (sharp) to be more easily to thread the wire into drawing dies for drawing wire.
2. SDH-8 Butt welding machine
Butt welding machine is used for welding low carbon steel wire 2.0-6.5mm by butt welding method, in order to continuously drawing and cutting.
3. SHL-550A Wire drawing machine
Wire drawing machine is used for drawing of steel, aluminum, copper and other metal wire.
The metal wire rod can be drawn by single draw of the unites depends on its sizes. From wire rod inlet to finished wire outlet, all wire drawing process was completed at one time.
Along with the wire drawing, the winding drum increasing speed accordingly.
4. SHQ-500A Wire cutting machine
Wire cutting machine is the special equipment for welding electrode production line.
It's used for straightening and cutting the welding rod core.
5. SHB-300A Powder Mixer
Powder mixer is used to dry mixing and wet mixing. It's adopted double-S axles to forward and reverse mixing, the mixed welding powder is more uniform. The machine is with big torque, especially suitable for mixing common and special welding electrodes powder.
6. SHS-160A Wire feeding machine
Wire feeding machine is the special machine for welding electrode production line.
It's used for feeding the core wire continuously into 45° angle dies of powder coating machine, to satisfy continuous powder coating.
7. HCM-125 Hydraulic Coating Machine
Hydraulic Coating Machine is used for production of common acidity, alkaline welding electrode and high performance welding electrode . The coating dies head is 45°, to make continuously powder coating on the surface of core wire.
8. SHM-450A Head-tail grinder machine
Head-tail grinder machine is for grinding arc head and clamping end tail of electrodes.
9. SPX-C Electrode eccentric measuring instrument
This instrument is used for measuring eccentricity of iron and steel electrodes in electrode workshop or laboratory.
10. SHK-L Electrode control cabinet
Electrical cabinet is used for control wire feeding machine, powder machine and head-tail grinder machine to achieve controling their every movement, cooperating with other machines and keeping synchronous operation, including all kinds of protective equipments for electrical appliance.
11. SHG-F Auxiliary line machine
Auxiliary line is used for feeding electrodes from head-tail grinder machine to drying furnace and also feeding the electrodes out of drying furnace.
12. SYZ-80A Words printer
Words printer is used to print model or brand on electrodes. It's stepless speed regulation based on different diameter of electrodes.
13. SXL450 Box type hot air circulation drying furnace
The furnace mainly design uses seal-type hot winding bicirculating system. It's taken the most advanced insulation materials as insulation course to reduce the heat loss for the temperature balance in the furnace. In addition, it uses EVO and intelligent temperature controlling system which can set and store various temperature curves to meet different drying requirement of welding rods.
14. SFS-2A Shrink packing machine
Shink packageing machine is used for shrinking plastic film to cover box and heating tightly covered.
The shrink package surface perfectly, sealing, moisture resistance, pollution prevention.
15. SFD-2A Strapping machine
Strapping machine is used for strapping electrode carton with packing belts.
16. SQP-450 Reclaiming machine
Reclaiming machine is used for remove wet welding powder on electrodes, then the core wire and the powder can be recycled.
17. SHX-216 Straightening Machine
Straightening machine is used to straightening the unqualified electrodes . After drying electrodes, maybe some electrodes surface scratched or damaged, which can use straightening machine to remove most of dry welding powder, then use reclaiming machine to remove rest welding powder, then the core wire and the powder can be recycled.
