Furnace shell use 3mm Q235 steel structure reinforced furnace shell, with upper panel made of 10mm Q235 steel plate, bottom plate made of 3mm Q235 steel plate, reinforced welding of channel steel at the bottom of the bottom plate, and welding of upper part of the bottom plate made of 3mm Q235 steel plate coil. On the side of the furnace body, thermocouples, resistance strips,
copper clamps, protective covers, etc. are installed.

Furnace bottom refractory brick masonry adopts bottom layer heavy bricks, middle layer heavy bricks, and upper layer heavy bricks with different insulation properties, which facilitates the load-bearing of the wire, loading and unloading of the wire, and increases sealing.

Furnace refractory material adopting a fully fire-resistant fiber structure, it has excellent energy-saving performance. It is required to save about 30% energy and double the heating speed compared to brick resistance furnaces of the same specification.

The heating element adopts high quality nickel chromium resistance flat strip, which is in a wavy shape. It is firmly
locked onto the furnace wall with a specially made high-temperature spiral ceramic nail, and the 2 zones are arranged reasonably.
There are 6 sets of heating elements on the furnace body. A set of heating elements at the bottom of the furnace, designed with low surface load and long service life.
