-Capstan: Steel ZG45-55, hard alloy tungsten carbide is spraying-painted on working surface.
-Drawing dies box: it's metal welded, divided into lubrication drawing powder box and water cooling box.
-Tension device: It makes the wire rod bear the best tension and keep constant from beginning to end.
-Tension swinging rod wheel and wire wheel: each drum has tensions winging rod wheel in front of drawing die box, it's pneumatic cylinder control. The wire wheel is to keep the balance of the wire flowing.
-Water cooling system: It's for cooling the capstan temperature, extend its service time, with separate inlet and outlet pipe system for capstan water cooling and drawing dies water cooling.
-Variable frequency motor, all are famous brand, with long service time.
-The steel wire is polished with high-speed abrasive belt to make the derusting effect better. It is conducive to boron coating and drawing process. Suitable for high quality drawing process.
