1. Automatic Control System: he equipment adopts PLC control and touch screen display, which can automatically detect the missing materials, missing nails, counting, cutting materials and other technological process in the system, and display the fault position on the touch screen.
2.Adjustable Welding Power Supply: The welding power supply is the core part of the nail coiling machine, and the equipment is equipped with the adjustable welding power supply of 20,000-40000 HZ frequency, which can reliably guarantee the welding quality of the nail, and the welding power saving more than 30%.

3. Automatic Rubber Band Wrapping Device: It is combined with the main frame, pbeumatic control,no need worker to collect the coil nails by hand, save labor cost.
4. The machine also adopts thick stainless steel and enlarge the elbow structure, reduce the phenomenon of down nail clamping, more durable.
5. The guide rail can lift the structure, convenient to take out the stuck nails. Also optimize the cutting structure, reduce the probability of cutting nails, extend the life of cutting cylinder.
