Details specification :
1.Wire pay-off system is pneumatic lifting pulley, convenient wire threading.we can also produce hydraulic wire pay-off systems.
2.Electric cabinet with good heat dissipation performance, hard oxidation surface treatment, good friction resistance, and can effectively prevent dust. Operation table with high mechanical automation, all kinds of fault information and processing information are displayed on the screen.
3.Trunk type wire take-up system, with adjustable speed motor, can automatically cycloid, achieve more simple and convenient operation.We can also produce metal spool type take-up system.
4.Capstan: Steel ZG45-55, hard alloy tungsten carbide is spraying-painted on working surface.
5.Drawing dies box: it's metal welded, divided into lubrication drawing powder box and water cooling box.
