Straight Line wire drawing machine is a kind of horizontal type wire drawing machine. With high stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance. Its main functions are calculate production , automatic deceleration and stop at fixed length, wire breaking detection and automatic stop, positive and negative jogging of any drum, display of various fault information and processing information, and monitoring of various motion information.

It is the Pneumatic type in the picture, pneumatic lifting pulley, help to thread wire rod convenient. The hydraulic wire pay off systems is also optional.

The skin removing machine adopt high-speed operation to twist the wire rod at different angles,to remove the rust on the wire rod surface.

The capstan adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. The capstan is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to extend the using life.
