Features:Annealing furnace is a special equipment for black annealed wire, soft wire. The equipment is composed of inner furnace tank and outer furnace tank, furnace cover, heating element, temperature control cabinet. The inner furnace tank is welded by top quality stainless steel plate, outer furnace tank is welded by steer plate with instruction layer. With high technology, it realized convenient operation, energy saving, fast and evenly heating.

Operation process: Load the wire coil in the furnace, close and lock the furnace cover, vacuum pumping, charging protection gas,set the temperature raise automatically, heat preservation, after insulation hang out the internal furnace for cooling,reaching the process temperature, open the cover, hang out wire coils, one day three furnace.
