Annealing furnace is a special equipment for black annealing wire, soft wire. The equipment is composed of inner furnace tank, outer furnace tank, furnace cover, heating element, temperature control cabinet. 

Machine advantages:
1.High standard body structure: The furnace body adopt 3mm Q235 steel structure reinforced furnace shell, with upper panel made of 10mm Q235 steel plate, reinforced welding of channel steel at the bottom of the bottom plate.
2.Strong inner furnace body: the inner furnace body adopt high standard stainless steel in 10mm thickness, heat-resistant and strong enough to carry high productivity.
3.Various of model are available to meet different production requirement:
-Two kind of fuel of furnace can be optional, by electricity or by natural gas.
-One outer furnace+ 1pc of inner furnace and One outer furnace+ 2pcs of inner furnace can be selected according to the wire diameter and production capacity.

4.The Heating and insulation structure : the cover and wall of outer furnace is filled of high quality thermal insulation cotton,and resistance wire is wrapped on the full wall of furnace, refractory bricks on the furnace bottom, ensure the full inner furnace and the steel wire inside can be heated uniformly and persistently, improve the annealing quality of the wire and save energy costs.
5.The thermocouple sensor can monitor the temperature inside the furnace accurately, and the heating temperature and time can be operated and adjusted on the electric control cabinet conveniently and quickly.
